(1) As specified in the management plan approved in accordance with sub-rule (7) of rule 6, each consumer committee shall discuss with the subordinate consumer groups and disclose the details as per schedule-2 and action plan for protection of natural resources and environment within its area, balanced use of natural resources and community development. It should be drafted and submitted to the council office for approval.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when the committee formulates the action plan, it must be formulated for a period of five years. In the action plan formulated in this way, the target of the entire program to be conducted within five years should be divided annually.
(3) The chairman shall present the action plan submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) in the meeting of the council, and if any amendment is required, the council shall approve the action plan.
(4) If the committee requests the council to provide any technical assistance in the course of making an action plan, the council will make arrangements to provide such technical services.
